Delivery & order support
U.S. delivery We currently serve U.S. delivery addresses and display prices in USD. Standard shipping is $9.95; orders with a product subtotal of $100 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Before checkout opens The store is currently a catalogue preview and does not accept paid orders. A dispatch date and delivery estimate will be displayed before payment when sales open. We do not promise a delivery speed until the fulfilment arrangements are confirmed. Tracking and delays When an order ships, its carrier and tracking reference appear in your account. If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you order, we will contact you with a revised date and offer a choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt full refund. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund it. Contact us about a missing parcel, an address correction or a delivery concern; we will help investigate with the carrier. Order changes Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, changes may not be possible.
Returns & refunds
30-day returns Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Body oils must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with any seal intact. There is no restocking fee. For hygiene reasons, opened or used body oils are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not restrict remedies for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods or any rights required by applicable law. How to start a return Use our contact form, choose Returns, and include your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send products to an address found elsewhere on the site. After receiving return instructions, send eligible items within 14 calendar days using a trackable service and keep your receipt. Return shipping For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. The original shipping charge is not refundable unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, with photographs and the order number. Love Dubai will cover reasonable return shipping or arrange a suitable replacement or refund. The suggested 7-day reporting period does not remove your legal rights. Refunds We aim to inspect an eligible return and initiate its refund within 5 business days of receiving it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; a bank or payment provider may take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit.
