Accounts and orders
When you create an account, the store saves your name, email address and a protected password hash. Order information can include your contact details, delivery address, purchased items and order status. These details support account access, fulfilment and order assistance.
Messages to our team
The contact form stores the name, email, topic, optional order number and message you submit so the team can respond. Avoid including passwords or payment card details in your message.
Wishlists, alerts and public contributions
Guest wishlists are stored in a browser session; signed-in favourites and restock subscriptions are linked to your account. Restock emails require an opt-in for the individual fragrance and can be cancelled from your wishlist. Published reviews show your first name and review content; reviews require a delivered, verified paid purchase and moderation. Product questions and team answers are public after moderation. Do not include private details in a review or product question.
Sessions and site activity
A session cookie keeps track of your shopping bag and signed-in account. The store records interactions such as product views and cart actions to support storefront operation and understand use of the catalogue. Technical request information may be retained by the hosting service for operation and security.
Payment information
Online payment processing is currently disabled. Do not send payment card details through the contact form. Payment information will be updated before a payment provider is enabled.

Use our contact form to ask about access, correction or deletion of your account information. Include the email associated with your account; the team may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
